Application For Rentals

There is a $50 App Fee Per Application
Please Read All Following Instructions:

1.) Click the Application button to the right.
​
2.) Fill out application thoroughly. If all information that applies is not filled in, the application may be denied or delay approval.
​
3.) Save application to your computer and email it to us along with any documents the application requires you to send us.

If you can't email the document(s) then you may print and fax it to our office at 660-747-3333 or mail it to us at, 833 S. Maguire, Warrensburg, MO 64093.
Signing Your Application:
We have to have your signature on page 4 of the Application. You will need to print, sign and email or fax the signature page.

Paying Your Application Fee:
Once your Application is received, we will send you an invoice through Paypal. You can pay the fee direct through Paypal.
